By placing an order on Abayyaar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via SafePay. Your order will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Pakistan only. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary by location. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. COD charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Product Availability

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Abayyaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
