Yes, you can cancel your order from the order detail page as long as the status is still "Pending." Once confirmed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Contact us as soon as possible via the contact page. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update the address for you.

Create an account and verify your email address. Once verified, a 5% off welcome coupon will be added to your vouchers automatically, redeemable on your next purchase.

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within Pakistan. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement.

Visit the Track Order page and enter your order number and email address. You can also find the tracking link in your order confirmation email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Standard shipping rates apply across Pakistan.

We offer a 7-day easy return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Go to your Orders page, find the order you want to return, and click "Request Return." Fill out the form and our team will review and process your request within 24 hours.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Custom orders let you create a custom skin for your device. Choose your product type (Front Sheet, Back Sheet, or Full Body), select your device model, pick a material, and upload your own design. We'll precision-cut and deliver it to your doorstep.

A Front Sheet covers only the screen area, a Back Sheet covers the rear and sides of your device, and Full Body includes both front and back — complete protection with a custom look.

We offer premium options including Matte (smooth, fingerprint-resistant) and Glossy (high-shine, vibrant colours). Additional material options may be available depending on the product type.

Upload a high-resolution image in PNG or JPG format. For best results, use an image that matches your device's dimensions. Preview support is coming soon in a future update.

Yes. If you don't have a design ready, you can skip the upload step and use our solid colour or pre-designed templates. You can also upload later by contacting us after placing the order.

Currently custom designs are one-time orders. If you'd like the same design again, you'll need to re-upload the file through a new custom order.

We support a wide range of devices across brands like Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Huawei, Infinix, Tecno, Realme, OnePlus, Google, Motorola, and Nothing. Check the custom order page to see if your specific model is listed.

If your device isn't listed, click "Can't find your device?" during the custom order process and enter your device's brand and model manually. You can also contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate it. We're constantly adding new models.

Not at all. Our skins use high-quality adhesive that holds firmly but leaves no residue when removed, even after long-term use.

Clean your device surface thoroughly, peel the backing, align the skin carefully, and press firmly from the centre outward. A detailed application guide is included with every order.
